Every lead comes home.
A complete lead operation — the calls, the forms, the follow-up, the bookings — running in one place instead of five.
Built on accounts you own. Run by me.
Not a mockup — the system running, with a sample pipeline loaded. On the audit call I’ll open the real one.
This website is the front end of the same system I’d build for you.
The form below, the follow-up it triggers, the pipeline behind it — that’s The Loft, running my own business. I didn’t build a demo to sell you; I built the thing and then started selling it.
You’re not losing customers. You’re losing track of them.
Somebody called while you were on a job and didn’t leave a message. Somebody filled out your contact form three weeks ago and you meant to get back to them. Somebody asked for a quote, you sent it, and then nothing — and you never found out why.
None of that shows up as a problem. It shows up as a slow month. The work you already paid for — the ads, the truck wrap, the referrals — brought people to your door, and then the door was unattended.
Fixing it isn’t about buying more software. It’s about having one place every lead lands, something that follows up whether or not you remember to, and somebody whose job it is to keep that running. That’s all this is.
The audit
A free 30-minute call where we trace every way someone can reach you — and find where they fall through. You get the findings whether or not you hire me.
The build
I set the system up on your own Supabase and Cloudflare accounts, connected to your domain. Usually live within a week.
The wiring
Phone, web forms, calendar, and email all feed one pipeline. Nothing lands in a shared inbox and dies there anymore.
The running
I keep it working — new follow-up sequences, deliverability, fixes, and a monthly note on what it actually brought in.
Businesses where one lost lead is worth real money, and where the person answering the phone is also the person doing the work:
You own it
Everything runs on your own accounts. Walk away whenever you like and the system stays yours.
The Loft works on its own. Each of these sits on top of it — and each is also sold separately if that’s all you want. I’d rather tell you which ones you don’t need.
The full build, handed over. I keep it online, patched, and backed up — you run the day to day.
The same build, except I run it. Sequences, deliverability, changes, and a monthly note on what it brought in.
Managed at half the build price, with the monthly locked for a year. In exchange: a case study, a testimonial, and permission to show your results.
Where most people start. Designed, launched, and hosted on your own accounts. $999 for the first three, traded for a case study and testimonial — separate from the Loft founding slots. Whatever you pay comes off the build if you move up.
Answers the phone, says it’s an assistant in the first breath, books the job or hands it to you. 300 minutes included, then 30¢ a minute at cost. Standalone costs more because the intake and calendar have to be built from scratch.
Trained on your own documents so the receptionist and your staff answer from the same source instead of guessing.
Invoicing, reminders, review requests, anything else repetitive. Quoted per workflow once we’ve seen it.
Hosting runs about $25/month, paid directly to Supabase. Not to me, and not marked up — everything else the system needs fits inside free tiers at small-business volume. You’ll see the exact numbers before you commit to anything.
